ColoBâle AG is an independent limited company with three shareholders:
- ImproWare AG
- Elektra Baselland EBL
- NTS Workspace AG

Its complete autonomy allows the company to function like a completely vendor-independent provider to the full advantage of customers' needs and requirements. The company was set up specifically for the purpose of operating a Colocation Center which was founded in 2008 (extract).
