  • Redundant cooling to 24° at Rack front (99.99% availability)
  • 7x24h access to the site with electronic batch, also other (eg. biometric) possible
  • optional access systems (sepparating, weight control, special sensors, etc)
  • 7x24h video surveillance and recording
  • Smoke, fire and water detection
  • Access to the lounge, kitchen, lavatories and shower
  • Free parking space in front of the building

One time costs

Monthly costs

Monthly costs are 270.- per m2, connection power 250.- per kW (min. 1kW per m2). Power consumption is billed by effective usage with 0.20 per kWh. This includes 0.12 for power, 0.06 for cooling and 0.02 for UPS usage.

 If a cold corridor / cold cube setup is used / supported, connection power is rebated by 20%.
