Duration of storage, possibility of objection and removal
Cookies are stored on the user's computer and transmitted from it to our website. Therefore, you as a user also have full control over the use of cookies. By changing the settings in your internet browser, you can deactivate or restrict the transmission of cookies. Cookies that have already been stored can be deleted at any time. This can also be done automatically. If cookies are deactivated for our website, it may no longer be possible to use all functions of the website to their full extent.

The other personal data processed during the sending process serve to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. For the personal data from the input mask of the contact form, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. Chargeable services
For the provision of chargeable services, we request additional data in order to be able to execute your order. We store this data in our systems until the statutory retention periods have expired.
Third-party analytics tools, tools and plugins
When visiting our website, your surfing behaviour may be statistically analysed. This is done primarily with cookies and so-called analytics programs. The analysis of your surfing behaviour is usually anonymous; the surfing behaviour cannot be traced back to you. You can object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools. You will find detailed information on this in the following data protection declaration.
Google Maps
On our website we use Google Maps of the company Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google Maps allows us to better visualise locations and thus improve our service. By using Google Maps, data is transmitted to Google and stored on Google servers.
In order for Google Maps to fully provide their service, the company must collect and store data from you. This includes, among other things, the search terms entered, your IP address and the latitude or longitude coordinates. If you use the route planner function, the starting address you entered is also stored. This data storage takes place on the Google Maps websites. We can only inform you about this, but cannot influence it. Since we have integrated Google Maps into our website, Google sets at least one cookie (name: NID) in your browser. This cookie stores data about your user behaviour. Google uses this data primarily to optimise its own services and to provide you with individual, personalised advertising.
Note: We cannot guarantee the complete declaration of the data stored. Especially when using cookies, changes at Google can never be ruled out.
How long and where is the data stored?
Google servers are located in data centers around the world. However, most servers are located in the USA. For this reason your data is also increasingly stored in the USA. You can find out exactly where Google's data centers are located here.
Google distributes the data on different data carriers. This means that the data can be accessed more quickly and is better protected against any attempts at manipulation. Each data center also has special emergency programmes. For example, if there are problems with Google's hardware or a natural disaster affects the servers, the data is still very likely to remain protected.
Google stores some data for a set period of time. For other data, Google only offers the option to delete it manually. Furthermore, the company also anonymises information (such as advertising data) in server logs by deleting part of the IP address and cookie information after 9 and 18 months respectively.
Objection to data collection
With the automatic deletion of location and activity data introduced in 2019, location and web/app activity information will be stored for either 3 or 18 months – depending on your decision – and then deleted. In addition, you can also manually delete this data from your history at any time via your Google Account. If you want to completely prevent your location tracking, you must pause the "Web and App Activity" section in the Google Account. Click "Data and personalisation" and then on the "Activity setting" option. Here you can switch the activities on or off.
In your browser, you can also further deactivate, delete or manage individual cookies. Depending on which browser you use this works in different ways.
Google observes the data protection provisions of the "Privacy Shield" agreement. Google is registered with the Privacy Shield programme of the US Department of Commerce and uses the information collected to evaluate the use of our website, to compile reports for us in this regard and to provide other related services to us. You can find out more here.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses cookies. These are small text files that make it possible to store specific information related to the user on the user's (mobile) device. These enable an analysis of the use of our website by Google. The information collected by the cookie about the use of our website (including your IP address) is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Objection to data collection
You can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set, which will prevent the collection of your data during future visits to this website: Deactivate Google Analytics.
For more information on how Google Analytics handles user data, please see Google's privacy policy.

We use the open source software tool Matomo (formerly PIWIK) on our website to analyse the surfing behaviour of our users. The software sets a cookie on the user's computer (for data policy information on cookies, see above).
If individual pages of our website are accessed, the following data is stored:
- two bytes of the IP address of the user's calling system
- the website called up
- the website from which the user accessed the accessed website (referrer)
- the subpages accessed from the accessed website

The legal basis for the processing of the users' personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
The processing of the users' personal data enables us to analyse the surfing behaviour of our users. By evaluating the data obtained, we are able to compile information on the use of the individual components of our website. This helps us to continuously improve our website and its user-friendliness. These purposes are also our legitimate interest in processing the data in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. By anonymising the IP address, the interest of users in the protection of their personal data is sufficiently taken into account.
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for our recording purposes. For our website this is the case after 90 days. Objection and removal options correspond to the regulations for the use of cookies.
